Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your new outfit, but if it's not quite right, we offer easy returns for a store credit or refund within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached and hygiene seals in place.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Head over to our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Refund Method

  Select whether you would like a 110% store credit to use on your next haul or a refund back to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Pack and Post

  Print your prepaid shipping label, securely package your items, and drop the parcel off at your nearest authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Get Notified

  Once your return reaches our warehouse, we will inspect the items and process your credit or refund within 2-5 business days.
